1. MPH (Sexual Health Research) As per the Revised Training Rule of BCSR 2006, the candidates must : - Have rendered a minimum of two years of service, excluding the probation period as of June 30, 2010 for RCSC selected candidates;
- Have served a minimum of 5 years inclusive of probation period as of June 30, 2010 for RCSC non-selected candidates;
- Be Bachelor Degree holder
- Should have completed Training Obligations
- Preferences will be given to those who have carried out or participated in surveys related to sexual health
As per Ministry’s requirement: - Shall work in Research Unit upon the completion of Masters Degree
As per the requirement of the Donor, the candidate must: - Have minimum of 2 years working experience under Department of Public Health
2. MPH (Biostatistics)/ MPH/M. Sc (Social Science)/ MPH (Environmental and Occupational Health) - Graduates: B. Sc. with Bio Science and not others:
a. Have rendered a minimum of two years of service, excluding the probation period as of June 30, 2010 for RCSC selected candidates; b. Have served a minimum of 5 years inclusive of probation period as of June 30, 2010 for RCSC non-selected candidates; - Have rendered a minimum of two years of service, excluding the probation period as of June 30, 2010 for RCSC selected candidates;
- Medical Officers: MBBS degree
- Have rendered a minimum of two years of service as of June 30, 2010.
- Should have completed Training Obligations
- Should be willing to work at RIHS as Lecturers after completion of the courses
Note: Since the eligibility criteria for application includes Medical Officer/ Nurse/Graduate, their ratings especially, Academic marks shall be treated at par and no special consideration shall be given to any category of profession. 4. Bachelor Degree (Hospital Structure) - Have rendered a minimum of two years of service, excluding the probation period as of June 30, 2010;
- PG Diploma or Diploma holder working in HIDP, DMS
- Should have completed Training Obligations
The interested candidates, who are eligible as per the Eligibility Criteria given and as per the revised training rule of the BCSR 2006, may apply through the HRCs of districts/Regional Referral Hospitals. The National/Regional/District HRC should select and recommend the candidates before June 15, 2010 to the Chief HR Officer, HR Division, Ministry of Health with the following documents: The rationale behind requesting recommendation from HRC is to screen the candidates. 1. Academic Certificates and Transcripts (Attested); 2. Performance Evaluation Forms for last three years (attested on photocopies)as follows: ø January to December 2007; ø January to December 2008; and ø January to December 2009. Note: The evaluation forms should be in the new format, which is developed under the PCS with all the calculations done and serially arranged (year wise). No yellow form shall be accepted 3. Photocopy of Security Clearance Certificate 4. Photocopy of Audit Clearance Certificate (After selection) 5. Photocopy of Citizenship ID card (New); 6. Photocopy of Medical Fitness Certificate; 7. Recommendation Letter from the National/Regional/District HRC (The rationale behind requesting recommendation from HRC is to screen the candidates 8.
